Thalia brings another TERRIBLE album, her music is absolutly forgetable, no talent at all, here in mexico she was just a bad actress with great body, it is amazing what a good producer can do with such a lousy girl.... imagine Thalia unplugged...hahaha.... if u are searching for GOOD latin music please search for Cafe Tacuba or Caifanes...

Thalia En Extasis (USA Edition)
En Extasis was Thalia's first album, released by EMI. It was from him that the singer has become known worldwide. Several versions have been launched around the world: Japanese (with different artwork), Brazil (with bonus tracks "Gracias a Dios Remix" and "Amandote Remix"). The record features themes of major hits like "Piel Morena," "Gracias A Dios," "Amandote" and the theme from the soap-opera "Maria La Del Barrio." A CD that is worth checking!

Pas mal ! Je n'ai pas réellement douté de la qualité de cet album avant de l'acheter, car je connaissais déjà la grande carrière internationale (Notamment aux Indes et au Brésil) de la chanteuse mexicaine. D'ailleurs, ce n'est pas un hasard si le cubain Emilio Estefan, le mari de la reine de la musique latine Gloria Estefan s'est proposé d'être le producteur exécutif des albums de Thalia. Sans oublier non plus la collaboration de Kike Santander un producteur colombien. En effet, c'est après le succès de la série mexicaine « Marimar » dont Thalia interprétait le rôle principal que tout a commencé. D'où la naissance de cet album « En extasis » qui porte bien son nom. J'ai particulièrement adoré le titre « Piel morena » pas seulement à cause de la sensualité dégagée par la chanteuse au travers de sa voix, mais aussi par le rythme des congas et maracas et surtout de la mélodie envoûtante des guitares (excellents guitaristes). J'ai aussi aimé « Juana », « Amandote », « Llevame contigo », « Me erotizas », « Gracias a dios », « Te deje la puerta abierta » et « Maria la del barrio »(Chanson générique d'une autre télénovela du même nom ) . Enfin, j'ai spécialement été touché par « Fantasia » car dans ce titre, la voix sereine de la chanteuse mélange à la fois exotisme et euphorie. En conclusion « En extasis » est un album à écouter sans retenue et il est inutile de comprendre l'espagnole pour ressentir les émotions qui se dégagent de ces titres.
