My husband bought JCB cordless tools on a whim almost as an experiment to see if they were as durable as other name brands. This particular impact driver Has been used consistently for almost a year. It works and works well. The chassis is durable. The Motor does not get hot under heavy use. The trigger is variable. Lots of power, no issues driving anything.Replacement parts are cheap. The batteries are cheap in price not in quality. Everything else about this line is inexpensive when compared to name brands. They do seem to last however. Where do they fit in the overall cordless tool world scheme? 6 out of 10.
