Instructions are just black and white pictures that dont really show that roof has to line up for capstone. Would have been better with prefabracated threadings for the roof. Would be nice if inside floor had screws instead of being held by gravity. It is raised off the ground but not great for cold climates. I put a Midwest Quiet Time Pet Bed 24 by 18 inch bed in each of them which fits inside perfectly. House goes together easily. Comes in several pieces which need to be screwed together. They have been out on the back porch for several months where it is now raining and they seem to hold up well. They are light weight but pretty sturdy. We have taught the dogs to "get in your house" while we fill their bowls with food. They wait till we say "OK" and then they run for the food.
