As soon as I open the container this stuff cakes within a day or two.** A: You need to keep the small cardboard in the container. It does cake, but not that much. **Q: How much Caffeine ?** A: On the one that I have there is 350mg of caffeine anhydrous. **Q: How many grams of creatine are in this, it looks like 2, so i can still take 3grams post workout but i need to know so i don’t kill my kidneys.** A: It is a proprietary blend, so the exact amount you aren't going to be able to get a definitive answer on.
