They are the kindest to wheel rims that I have used (and I've ground out a lot of rims). Buy these. Review: Swapped out the original Brompton ones to these. Just to make sure, at first, lets say week, I was dissapointed. They didn't grab that well. It's like new car tyres and brake pads. They need to set in. Now after about 2 years of almost daily use I bought another spare set. They are that good! Much less grime on the rim when it is wet. Stopping power in all conditions from -20C to +40C, snow, ice, rain .. it will slow you down in a confident way.
