This patch stays in place and at times I forget I even have it on. Works in about 15-30 mins. I cut the sheet in half so instead of having 10 patches I have 20. I'm in chronic pain due to several accidents causing fractures and 3 knee surgeries. Also have used on feet for pain from plantar fasciitis and inflamation from torn Achilles' tendon.Only thing is there is a slight odor from the natural ingredients but I'd rather that then popping pain pills, arthritis or even going for injections. Accupuncturist sells these. She is from China and imports them. Found them on Amazon much cheaper. Back pain, muscle pain, dog bite, hammered throbbing thumb, infected lymph nodes- any painful swelling. Stick a patch on (there are 10 in the box- it says 5 because they are cut in half so actually make 10 approx 1.5" by 2" patches) on the swelling and wake up with it 70 o 100% gone. Use it a few nights and you;ll be pain free. Even chronic pain can be controlled with these naturally.
