What is the difference between coconut fine curls shampoo and conditioner and coconut curls shampoo and conditioner also who is it for mainly?

I don't believe there really is much difference in the ingredients in each of them however the one saying it's for fine curls would be for people with fine, thin curly hair. It may have some type of plumping or volume product in it to help with fine curly hair but I don't know that for sure. The regular coconut curls would be for everyone else who has medium to thick curly hair.  In my styling experience I find that most shampoos and conditioners have almost the same exact ingredients in their normal line, fine line, color line, curly line and moisturizing love. It's basically the same ingredients but they can charge more for different lines. The coconut fine curls or regular curls can be used by anyone with curly hair no matter the sex. I wouldn't recommend on young children.

Is this just for curly hair?  Mine is long and straight, but I just need something lighter.

I’d say use it ! My hair is curly and while I use this 
daily It is  better your right because they are lighter.  
I found it not as heavy as regular conditioner. The regular conditioner weighs my hair down n curls not so good :((( so I switched to the curly  hair conditioner. What really makes an even bigger difference is the curly hair leave in conditioner either the cream or oil :) 
You should try them , just don’t use too much . I usually tip my head bending over to get the leave in conditioner to the ends n through my hair . And I don’t usually dry my hair .  It smells great as well
