Item no longer ignites…help required
Item has been great so far, however Item no longer ignites and no after service available- no chance of reaching customer service for help…

UODATE: Maybe it was operator
Doesn't seem to work or I am just really loved by mosquitoes. It has been on for an hour or more and standing 2 feet away, I had mosquitoes biting me. Pretty disappointed and itchy right now. I even bought extra strips for it. Waste of money it seems. UPDATE: I tried it again and this time I could see wisps of smoke come out and smell it. Not crazy smelling, just a little. So there's a decent chance I didn't do it right the first time. Anyway, I was outside about 5 feet away from it for 30+ mins and not a single mosquito came by.

Best Thermacell Yet!
I use the light weight version of a Thermacell burner when backpacking in the back country. Trust me no better way to keep mosquitos away than Thermacell. This specific burner first looks externally attractive but also functions! The bottom/black portion twists to light, turn on, or turn off. When turning, you feel and hear an audible click. It’s extremely easily to see if you successfully lit the burner with a clear orange glow through the view finder (picture five). Most important is keeps the bugs away. They say fifteen feet I’d give them a sold twenty. I would buy this again, I actually might buy a second, I have a large back deck area. I hope this was helpful.

Great while it lasts
Bought this and was happy with it for about a week until the on/off mechanism broke. Now it works but won't turn off so I can only use it when I know I will need it for a long period of time - until the expensive full tank runs out. I would consider purchasing another brand.

Pleasantly surprised
Mosquitoes are BAD at our house. We get treatment and nothing changes. I’ve been trying all sorts of methods and this works really well! Not 100% but quite effective! You DO have to give it 15 mins to work its magic, but it works. I recommend purchasing a couple for complete coverage. Highly recommend!!
