A: Fully cooked. Not too flavorful so needs to be seasoned. I put mine on pizza so they were ok but not the best quality

A: Put them in a zip lock bag and freeze them.

**Q: how do you read the date code on the top of the can so you know how old it is.**
A: I couldn't so you used the time-tested chef's trick: I smelled them. They're fresh as canned snails can be and absolutely delicious. Enjoy.
