Review: Pathetic - Pathetic.. I received the package with pen not working. Pen is the main think which is with ink that can be erased again and again to be used again. Pen was dry and not working. No kid will make simple puzzle again and again finding four words. Nobody will find it interesting to go simple puzzles again and again. I felt it will be worth learning for my kid but it was very useless. Only one time for puzzles ..

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I buy a new pen?**
A: I have never seen the pens offered separately. I use thin dry erase markers with eraser caps. The only thing missing is the Skilly Billy face.

**Q: Is this product made in China?**
A: No! Our products are manufactured in India.

**Q: Will dry erase markers work with this?  I'm afraid the pen will get dried out.**
A: Hi ! Yes, any standard dry erase marker or whiteboard marker pen will work on our Write & Wipe Activity Mats! You don’t need to worry though as our Skilly Billy pens have a very long shelf life :)

**Q: What are the dimensions of the mats?**
