The ingredients used in preworkout are effective by saturation. 30 scoops = 30 days of gym. If you're only doing 1 or 2 scoops a week, you'll have energy when you take it but the levels of the ingredients in your system will be in constant flush out mode and it will just be a waste of money because it isn't being taken regularly. **Q: Is this product vegan friendly?** A: Nope. Whey is a dairy products also the ingredient list above says it contains eggs as well. It appears no vegetables were murdered in the creation of this product. I brought one from another seller and it was a different quantity on all of the ingredients** A: 6 mcg = 100% of daily b12. I believe you might have bought the n.o. xplode 2.0 this is brand new the 2.0 is still a great product, I used that before this one. There are three different kinds of n.o. xplode this is the newest one. I think it's the best out of the three but 2.0 follows close behind this one.
