Updated on 7/26/2021 Amazing customer service. Company saw my review and reached out to me and offered to send me a brand new set. I declined as we already bought new ones and no need for it now but I thought that was extremely nice of theem seeing I was outside my return window. Overly disappointed. Bought these earlier on sale for a birthday gift for my boyfriend. They worked for the first day and they worked great. Next use they instantly got clogged up. After a full take apart and cleaning we only can get salt and pepper to come out literally less than a second and it's clogged again. Because I bought early for a gift I no longer can return them and they are useless. Waste of money

Love this salt and pepper grinder. Automatically turns on when tipped over for convenience cooking but that is a downfall if gets knocked over. Wood say it’s a standard size. I think it takes 6 aaa batteries so if I were to purchase this again I would look for a rechargeable version.

One of the grinders is still fine but the one we put salt in just completely stopped working out of nowhere. And it wasn't screwing up or being weird before; it was literally working very well and in the middle of me using it, it stopped working. I cleaned it, and then changed the batteries TWICE (very carefully to make sure that wasn't the problem). I read a couple reviews about that and they said the company was good about a replacement so hopefully that's accurate. If not, I'll update my review for sure. I love this product but we got it on Sept. 27th and it stopped working a couple days ago OUT OF NOWHERE. That's basically 3/maybe 4 months. I would like a replacement since it wasn't my fault that their product stopped working...

EDIT-- We've had these for a while (two sets) and I am AMAZED at how long the charge lasts. The set used for the rescue gets used frequently, and has gone months before I charged it, and I am not really sure it needed the charge. I am really impressed with these! These work great. I bought one set for grinding pepper for a grain casserole I bake for the parrots at the bird rescue I work at. I liked them so much I bought a second set for the my own cooking! They seem to run for a long time on each charge. The base is a nice place to park them when not in use, even if you don't plug it in for charging. They adjust from a very fine powder to a coarse chunky grind, by turning the adjustment several times. The grinding is very smooth yet quiet. The only downside is the fill space is a little smaller than my manual grinders, but I understand you need space for batteries and motor so that's okay! I love that they charge by USB - no buying and replacing batteries! Well packed for shipping, sleek and attractive when sitting on the counter. Highly recommend! -- Dee

The worst product I have ever seen. Ever since it was new I had no problems now barely a year old and the batteries are no longer accessible. I have tried everything to get them opened so I can still use them. I spent almost 30 bucks on them and I am very angry low quality

These battery operated grinders are strong! Ease of use & ease of handling & grinding are amazing! Product is as described. Only con, they are top heavy when empty so topples over easily when not on hard flat surface otherwise excellent product! 5 stars! Very sensitive, starts grinding when tilted halfway. I Love these grinders.

Pas de doute, maintenant que je les ai, je ne pourrais plus m'en passer. Ils fonctionnent à merveille et se mettent en marche au doigt et à l'œil. La petit lumière bleue permet de voir ce qu'on fait mais ça reste un gadget. Il ne faudra pas non plus mettre des grains trop gros de sel ou de poivre (au choix) car les moulins ne vont pas en faire des grains très fins mais sinon c'est génial. Seul bémol, 6 piles AAA pour chaque appareil... Espérons qu'elles durent longtemps...

These are excellent products. I have a pair but bought another set. Unfortunately, the second set arrived cracked open right in the middle of the large pouring spout. Even so, I have bought another pair, and I will use the broken set as spares.

Works exactly as advertised. I’d buy this again.
