Other than looks.** A: According to Linksys support: "...they have the same functionalities. Their difference is that the SE3005 is made of metal, while the SE2500 is made of hard plastic." **Q: Looking at the picture, and at my current switch, I don't see a "uplink" port that would connect to the router.
