It twists in an extendable Unger pole. Is snug when attached and clears spiders and cobwebs very effectively.,

Will this work on a standard extention pole for painting?

Mine is threaded inside for a standard (?) threaded broom pole, as well as having the holes for the clip on handle.

Can this be washed with soap and water after use? Nothing in the description addresses this.
