I found that with a 500 watt halogen lamp (UV glass and cage removed) at a 20" distance from the work I got amazing results at 13 minutes. This was in a completely blacked out room (other than red LED safety lights) with a piece of black poster board under the screen and a cheap piece of picture frame glass above. **Q: Is the Sensitizer supposed to be a powder?** A: Sensitizer is in a powder form because when mixed with water the chemicals start to change and eventually expire **Q: What would I use to clean the screen?** A: I use a cheap speedball screen cleaner or I just replace the screen **Q: Will speedball photo emulsion remover work on this? or what else?** A: I tried using the speedball daizo photo emulsion remover with this and no it didn't work but something that did work was a 1:1 solution of bleach and water.
