How tall is the 28x46" double exercise ball in the middle where the indentation is? I'd like to replace my desk chair with it. Thank you!!

I am 5' 10.5" and it fits me well. The indentation in the middle is small and it does seem to fit me properly. I have tried another 65 cm round ball, and that does also fit me properly. So, I would think that if 65 cm is your size for a spherical ball, then this size would fit you adequately.

how much does the box weigh? and dimmensions? thanks

This item is shipped in a box with dimensions 19"x8"x2.5" and weighs approximately 7 lbs.
