I will say that after a fairly long period of wearing it you will start to feel a small hurt in the ear. I'm talking 5-6 hrs. A good idea to take it out for awhile rather than wear it the greater part of the day. I would think it would apply to all of these devices. I like it because you dont have a hunk of plastic hanging out on the ear. You can hardly see it and most people think its a hearing aid until I start talking when my phone rings. Those two drawbacks may be related, since I think the ear piece did not go into my ear as far as it was supposed to. (It always felt like it was on the verge of falling out).
