Seems decent. It definitely calms, but it leans stronger on the camomile. If you need to focus on something like a scent to get your mind off things, I'd say this works. But I have no clue if it makes me any drowsy. Perhaps I am not using enough? But I am scared to use more than 2 sprays... I can't find any recommended dosage or the amount of "melatonin" that's in it... That's worrying. I wonder why it is not regulated at least enough to mention that. It could be possible I am not using enough. Otherwise, this product seems like there's nothing special about it. The scent fades quick, but never fully disappears until much later. It doesn't seem to leave any marks on fabric but I only started using it. Overall, I have no clue if it is supposed to aid very well in sleeping. It works for me by letting me fall asleep sooner, but any nice scent will work for that. I think I am happy with my purchase, but I expected stuff like drowsiness or sleeping +6 hours straight without waking up multiple times. Alas, it didn't help in those regards, but that just might be because I use too little.

If you spray it on fabrics, it doesn't smell so good afternoon a while.

I love this spray. Not sure what the melatonin actually does because I take it nightly but the smell is soothing and I usually fall asleep soon after spraying

Just a few spritzes, create some lovely smelling atmosphere for your bedding. I spray this on the pillowcases when I have made a newly laundered bed. The smell does linger on your pillowcases enough for you to smell it in the evening in bed. I also use this lovely spray to spruce up towels and the guest washroom And also the linens in my closet. I also sprayed on my pyjamas before bed. It’s not an overpowering scent. Just enough of a scent to give you a lovely calming feeling. I thoroughly enjoy this send and will purchase the spray again. It’s a good enough size bottle to last for quite a while. I think the price is justified.

I bought this pillow spray on a whim, as I was trying to replace a spray from another company. So glad that I made this purchase. The spray has a lovely scent - the lavender really comes through - , which is long lasting and envelops the room in a cozy way. I will say that the increase in price is a bit concerning, but if the spray ever comes up on a discount, then I will repurchase it. Really lovely product from Dr Teals.
