I placed my cast iron Dutch Oven (w/lid), plus a 5 lb. bag of flour & a 4 lb. bag of sugar (25 lbs. total) in the center of the rack (over just the center pair of legs) and it bowed a little but seemed to hold fine. If you offset the load to one side (so it is supported by two pair of legs), I think it will hold forever. Also, the simulated 9 lb. load of Dutch Oven content (the bags of flour & sugar) might be a bit extreme. Hope this helps. **Q: What are the exact rack dimensions?** A: 8 and 1/8 x11 and 5/8 inches. They fit perfectly in my NordicWare 1/4 sheet pans/ **Q: the Nordicware interior dimension of half sheet pan is 16.5" x 11.38" and I am having difficulty finding a rack that fits inside it; what fits?** A: I just received this rack a few weeks ago and carefully measured the overall outer dimensions at: 11 9/16" x 16 11/16". The outer dimensions of the feet on the bottom side are: 8 3/8" x 11 11/16". Also, the rack stands 3/8" high (to the BOTTOM of the top surface/rack). Add 1/8" for the thickness of the top surface/rack edge for an overall height of 1/2". Hope this helps. **Q: How tight is the spacing? 1/4 in? 3/8 in?** A: 1/2 in. square.
