I heard from an expert that you sleep on it for long enough and your muscles will not be sore after a while. It is firm, but still way better than sleeping on the solid floor! I just put it in my car for when I want to take naps on the road 🥰 **Q: Does this item really take a month or 2 to ship?** A: Ordered 1/4/20 Prime and "fulfilled by Amazon Services" but hasn't shipped as of 1/13/20. According to Amazon site it is in stock and we could have it Wednesday, 1/5/20 if we ordered now or nine days ago. We will see. **Q: will it slide around if I'm working out?** A: Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. Manual says it has velcro strap to attached if there is another foldable matt but this doesnt have it. Also the matt cover is not properly fitted unlike other brand.
