However, as the weight of the user goes up, the propensity for the support rollers to fail goes up also. The machine has plastic rollers that support the weight of the user and they WILL FAIL. It is unavoidable. Read all the 1 star reviews and you will see that the weak point of the machine is the plastic rollers. If you weigh more than 90 pounds, this machine will fail within 6 months of purchase. If you weigh more than 150 pounds, it will fail within 3 months and if you are near 200, it will fail within weeks. **Q: I want to be able to strengthen and firm my thighs. Will this do it? Do you feel it burn in the thighs?** A: It depends on how in shape you are. It is a good work out for the legs and arms. Yes you do feel the burn. It is 100 % your own body doing the work. Directions ok. Easy to follow pictures. Its foldability is great and store out of the way. No noise. great resistance. wear shoes pedals have little points for grip just go slow to get used to it. It’s sturdy but I wouldn’t go crazy fast for my safety.
