**Q: Does this product come sealed?**
A: There is a seal on the back attached to the barcode that is broken once you twist the top open.

**Q: How well does the color stay on?  Will it rub off or transfer onto -if wearing a mask?**
A: I’ve had pretty fair results as far as staying on. Several hours for example. But, yes, it does smudge off on a mask.

**Q: Does this dry or stay sticky?**
A: It’s moist but not sticky. It’s not completely dry either
