Any other suggestions for daytime clenching? **Q: Can you wear this in the day? can it fit a 12 year old?** A: I have a fiitted one I wear at night. But I have used it when I forgot it on trips. My son has also used it and says it works ok for him. It is designed to wear either on the top or lower molars (just flip it). Yes, you could wear it on the bottom during the day.
