Once FULLY dry, I put half in a shrink-wrap bag which I put in the freezer; the other half I put in a shrink-wrap bag and they're in my spice cabinet. I'll see which ones last longer or if I have issues with either one. I haven't had time to use these in many dishes, but I just added a handful in some dal I made the other night - absolutely perfect flavor!!
