It shipped from out west and there was a weather delay.(Snow Storm in B.C.)But, It got here in great, unscathed condition.I am new at using a labeler device and I am experimenting with it.But the machine seems really finger functional. The instruction booklet sent has very small print so I have had to go online to Brothers website to print out copies of the pages to learn how to use the machine. That done I am on my way to learning.What labels I have created are totally functional.
