Perfect
Came in as stated and has vastly improved my work. Being a beginner and have only done lapidary for 4 years, I didnโt think the metal master would need to be replaced. My old one had actually gotten off balance and had wear in the common areas. This plate fit perfectly and works excellently.

Product Sufficient, Packaging Insufficient
The product is of acceptable quality. The packaging it comes in is not sufficient to protect the lap during shipping and delivery. The first one I received had dents on both faces of the lap, making it completely unusable. The replacement I got was dented on one side. Only by luck was the other side undamaged. I was so tired of waiting to use my faceting machine that I just decided to keep the half-damaged one.
