Unless you have a vest I don't recommend the big ice sheets, they melt in a half hour anyways. I am very pleased with this product because it is the right size and straps around so I can wear it on my back, stomach, legs. And still walk around. I"m about to write a review detailing exactly how I'm using them to try and burn fat off. **Q: I need a 4x8 size - can I cut these to fit?** A: Thank you for your question! We strongly recommend against cutting your CryoMAX- doing so will greatly reduce its structural integrity and ability to retain cold.
