Great for minor deck board repairs. It starts to set up quickly so be sure your surface is ready before mixing. After it hardens it sands easily and after a coat of solid color deck stain, I can't tell where the holes and splits in the deck boards were. Only issue was packaging. The lid was broken when it arrived. Not a problem for me because I used all of it within 2 days

If you’re trying to repair heavy outdoor wood damage then this is the product for you! It’s a little cumbersome mixing the two ingredients together to make the epoxy paste, but the result makes the effort worthwhile. The paste spreads easily and even. It dries and cures pretty quickly at this time of year and hardens into a resin that’s just as firm if not more firm than wood. Odor isn’t a problem at all of you’re working outdoors. The size wasn’t great for me, since I used it to repair heavy damage to my deck, and needed alot more than what’s provided in just two jars. However, it wasn’t too expensive, so I didn’t mind making multiple orders (three pair of jars) and the result made it worthwhile. Make sure to clean your tools after use! If the epoxy dries on your knives then you’ll have to restore them by sanding the hardened resin off the metal blade. In summary, its a great purchase, but it’s a little hard to determine how much you need and requires some clean up at the end!
