This is not the face cream in case that's the confusion. **Q: When It was asked to be left overnight I was referring to the rapid spot treatment not the face wash. But either way can it be left overnight?** A: Well, the face wash can be left on overnight, but as I've experienced, it may dry your skin out significantly. This also depends on your skin type, and the season of the year, but I would reccomend using it 2-3 times a day and leaving it on for about 15 minutes at a time. For the rapid spot treatment, I can definitely be left on overnight. Hope this helps! **Q: Just wondering why the item pictured said 6.5 oz and the ones I received were 5.0 oz?** A: Could be that one pictured reflects a bonus size that adds a bit more free to the regular amount.
