Does the kit come with a book containing all 100 design ideas?

Only a small photo of about 90 of the design ideas are shown on 1 or 2 pages. Only abut 10 of them are shown in details and with step by step instructions

Does this product contain assembly tools as well as parts?

No tools needed for assembly other than hands.

Are there really 863 pieces?

I believe the MRSP for the K'NEX 375 Piece Deluxe Building Set is lower than that of the K'NEX 100 Model Imagine Building Set. Each Amazon seller sets their own price level, so I am not able to explain the difference that we currently see. I hope this helps.

Has anyone had success in contacting K'Nex about replacing broken parts? Is there ant value in obtaining the warranty?

Contact K'NEX if you have missing, broken or defective parts from a new set.
