I have used this product because I have an autoimmune disease that depresses my immunity and it does work to prevent pneumonia and other respiratory viruses. Vegetarian/Vegan Product. **Q: What does "1,3/1,6" mean?** A: Beta glucan is a chain of glucose sugars hooked together. Glucose has six carbon atoms in it and they are numbered 1 through six. So the bonds between two glucose molecules is either from the number 1 carbon on the first molecule to number 3 on the second molecule or from the number 1 carbon on the first molecule to the number six carbon on the second molecule. Both occur naturally and both are active immune boosters. **Q: Why are the capsules half full, my capsules are barely half full?
