Very great exercise machine, I love to use it

Works really poorly for back extensions for someone who is 181cm like me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this piece of equipment. First, it came well protected in the box. It was essentially fully assembled. Then I was impressed with the quality of construction. Pretty solid even for use by a 240lb guy. I did tighten one bolt to remove some side to side play. That took 60 seconds! The hyperextension feature is only adequate. The pad does not extend high enough for a 6ft user and the angle is too steep. But the primary function is as a sissy squat. For this it works just fine. The pads and rollers are well padded and use decent upholstery. This folds quickly for stand-up storage. While not a commercial level piece, it is an excellent option for a home gym. 5 stars for function and value.

Solid piece of equipment. It was a lot longer than I anticipated, but it's easily folded and put away. Not good for back extensions, but excellent for sissy squats and targeting the quads.

Llegó con una banda elástica, trae unas imágenes en el Manual de usuario de cómo ensamblarlo que la verdad es muy fácil, y unas imágenes sobre cómo hacer adecuadamente el ejercicio en cuanto a sentadillas, peso muerto, sentadillas con banda y extensiones de espalda. Mido 1.62mts y me queda cómodo en la posición más alta para las extensiones de espalda, anexo una foto. Escribiré de nuevo en unos meses para ver su desempeño on el uso!
