L'olio essenziale di camomilla romana mi fa passare subito il problema. La raccomandazione è ovviamente però di non usarlo puro in alte concentrazioni oppure a lungo, come tutti gli oli essenziali, perché si rischiano irritazioni e sensibilizzazioni. Io lo mischio a un po' di olio Vea o ad altri oli vegetali. Costa molto in tutte le marche , ma ne va usato pochissimo alla volta quindi dura.
