The Renew Life Ultimate Flora is a great product but from personal experience it does not make it through the entire intestinal tract like most capsulated probiotics and it has only 10 strains of flora. The upside to Multi-Strain Probiotic is that, 1) it is a 26 strain probiotic, 2) it is a time re-leased "tablet" which will repopulates further into the intestinal tract, 3) it has 10B CFU at time of expiration meaning it has a much higher CFU count to begin with, and it works faster and starts to relieve discomfort within the second day. It is the fastest working probiotic that I have used to date. I also used Nexabiotic 23 Strain Probiotic which is also another great product. But again not the same results.
