But, bought six of them. They’re very expensive. And two change color shortly after buying them **Q: Has anyone just cooled the glass by putting it in the normal refrigerator space, instead of the freezer, to avoid gel expanding/breakage?** A: Yes, I have. The only thing I noticed is the temp of the glass is less than in the freezer. I used an infrared temp gauge to check it. **Q: how long does it take to chill your beer or do the beer have to be cold first?** A: I always use cold beer. I wouldn't buy these glasses, I bought them as a Christmas gift in 2020, one broke within 4 months.
