**Q: Is there a way to clean inside? soaked in bleach solution, still dirty**
A: Mine hasn't gotten dirty, but some floating pool toys do get a brownish bath tub ring.  Brush and soapy water has worked for that.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Not sure, but it’s the best one I’ve ever purchased. Super easy to read and works great!

**Q: Is this unit made in China?**
A: I just looked mine over, and there is no maker marked on the product.

**Q: Does this come with a string attached to thermometer?**
A: Yes they do include a short rope that you tie onto the thermometer

Works great and accurate. I wish they made a smaller one for my aquariums. Many other thermometer brands are not accurate and you don't realize it unless you have a very good, USA made thermometer in the same tank. This is the only one I could find that doesn't have the colored background from 70 to 80 degrees. The color makes it hard for me to read the temperature. I want WHITE background and LARGER numbers!

It worked fine for some time but after a while it became hard to read and the thermometer detached inside container. So didn't last. May try superglue to reattach
