Review: Although "Ducky" uses one of these in the morgue of NCIS, I use mine mostly for yard work with the string trimmer that has the nasty habit of kicking-up small stones like darts to my face. Eye protection was good for my eyes, but I was getting painfully dinged in the teeth and face! Enter the face shield! I had a slightly flimsier version of this shield that broke after 14 years, so this somewhat fancier version with the quick-adjust headband and knob-secured shield should do better. It's good and heavy and will deflect much more than pebbles and debris! I use it also when doing certain jobs on my vehicles ... once again, it protects the entire face, not just the eyes, and it's clearer than just eye protection and doesn't limit vision.

Looking forward to receiving this item, I finally got them in the mail today...but there was no shield!!! I got the headgear and the chin protection but no shield! I immediately went to description and details but wasn’t clear if it was to have one...there is a misleading sentence that states shield wasn’t included—-however, don’t call it a face and head protection headgear if it doesn’t do just that!!
