So, FYI, on a jar that I just now removed the plastic from the lid and that I apparently bought around 2015 or 2016, and opening the jar for the first time in 2022, it seems fine, even though by now it's been about seven years. The 15K13 tells us it was manufactured in 2015 on November 13th. Just opened for the first time on July 23, 2022 and seems fine. I'll replace it since it's seven years, but it doesn't seem to be an issue. This is what happens when you're an adventurous cook and have too many spices.
