We have them mounted to our 10’ ceilings and they easily pick up motion. The siren is quite loud, just wish we could have an additional siren mounted outside as well as inside. Word of advice when opening the sensors to activate the little battery that’s included, is take your time, be gentle, and it will pop up without issue. Overall, a great product and we recommend.
