Would this neutrogena product be the best to replace their norwegian formula visibly renew elasti-boost body balm with collagen boosting minerals?

I'm not sure I can accurately respond to your concern. I do know this is a deep moisture balm with a greater percentage of glycerin than many others and does what it claims. I find it to be an effective moisturizer for face as well as body and have stayed with it for many years because it is simple without a lot of ingredients I am not convinced are as effective as the tried and true. Keeping skin moisturized and sun protected externally and we'll nourished internally are, in my opinion, the best ways to insure beautiful skin for many years to come.
