**Q: I bought this glycolic toner and cleanser and neither came sealed. Does anyone have a seal on theirs? Is this normal?**
A: That is strange, you should get a replacement. Mine came with a seal.

**Q: Once I opened the box, the bottle itself was not sealed except for the cap. Is this normal Is the bottle sealed?**
A: I’m not sure. My bottle was not sealed which took me by surprised. It actually leaked all over the box packaging. For a well known brand I am tad bit disappointed about that, does make me wonder if it is legit.

**Q: Is it ok to directly mix with body lotion bottle for stomach and leg application?**
A: I really don't believe it's a good idea.

**Q: Is the package sealed?**
A: Mine did not come sealed (no plastic around the cap & no peel off tab beneath the cap). I came here to ask if it was normal, so maybe it is?
