For my last MBP I purchased an Apple rubberized cover and while it did it's job for many years every time I picked it up I felt like I had to wipe the cover off because it felt rough.I'm an Amazon Prime 'addict' yet not a big review submitter. It looks super chic and classy. It snaps on top and bottom. The only small issue is that when your typing you arms gets there marks from the snap part of the case at the edge of the case which I'm not sure if you can resolve. But it does serves its purpose. The cover feels smooth nice, its more of a matte feeling that glossy which I like. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after just 2 weeks of using the case, the 3/4 rubber pads located on the corners of the bottom piece came off. I'll have to buy a heavy duty glue to make them stay on....this flaw is annoying but overall the case does it's job.
