Can it hold 3X5 inch index cards?

credit card slots, DL, passport, 1 zippered and 1 unzippered money slot, some other pockets big enough for a 3x5 I think, I measured with an ipnone SE along with a finger loop mounted on back, a stack of business cards, and a pocket ninja multi tool , the SE is 4.87”x0.30”x2.31”, I don’t have a ruler.

Is this camo grey closer to blue?

Yes there are splotches of blue and grey.

Is this made in China?

I looked all over and I couldn't find any label saying where it was made in China or any other country.
