It's also 7" in diameter inside edge to inside edge. **Q: Since there is no size chart how do I know if this would accommodate a 7 3/8 head?** A: I don't know what that measures to,but the fez is fairly small and meant to fit a child, in my opinion. **Q: How does it stay on a childs head?** A: Depends on the child and depends on the head. It fit my 6 year old a little low, but he was thrilled with it.
