Autel MaxiAP AP200 OBD2 Scanner Bluetooth Adapter with All System Diagnoses 19 Special Functions AutoVin (Bluetooth Edition of MaxiCom MK808)

This is a cheap version of Autel, who create professional grade scanners. So you get to see details no other device was able to provide for many brands. you get to have 1 free brand bundle with the purchase, where it gives detailed brand specific Diagnoses that cannot be done with these cheap ELM ones. I have a Nissan Xterra 2014, GCC.. no cheap reader can connect to OBD, something Nissan blocks someway.. only expensive ones work with it, so I was very happy to try this successfully, and get detailed readings that only professional grade scanners could do before. The app itself is basic, and it hops to another Japanese one for Nissan! it requests internet connection every now and then to authenticate your license.. so might be a problem when I'm outdoors with no coverage if I needed it..

It saves you from all the scams that the repair shops fills your brain with. It can tell you what your car is suffering from then google that and know at least how to fix and estimate the cost of your problem before giving and go to technicians.

Finally a unit that works with VW GTI. I was surprised to see my mechanic had the tablet version of same. If it had the ability to do adaptation on more sensors that currently have its the perfect unit.I wish it will come in a software update soon.There are few crashes of app time to time but re open fixes. Only complain is data loging cannot doesn't seem human readable (or its in chinese ) and it goes online every time I start it. 5 stars can be given if all sensor adaptation and data recording can be done with replay. And its auto vin could not give me exact model .I had to find form a narrowed down selection of VW list.

I recently bought this. I used it once and it worked. Two days ago it stopped connecting. it doesn’t connect to my phone’s Bluetooth. It shows on The Bluetooth finder, but doesn’t connect. On contacting Autel customer service, They responded Asking me to connect with this dealer on amazon. I have emailed the dealer today 28th August 2020. Will update my experience soon.

Love it, it worked smoothly and connected to my porsche 911 “ 991.2” and cleared the faults.

J' ai acheté ce produit car mon appareil Lexia était obsolète. J' ai installé le logiciel et déclaré mon véhicule Peugeot, en fait le produit considère la marque du véhicule et j' ai donc obtenu le profil en mode évolué complet gratuitement. On a le choix d' acheter d' autres marques. Génial le logiciel a fait la mise à jour du firmware automatiquement en très peu de temps ce qui prouve que ce produit est évolutif. On peut entrer le type de véhicule avec le numéro VIN ou faire la recherche automatique, les 2 modes fonctionnent. Tout ce qu' on peut demander à une valise de diagnostic complète est présente pour ce produit, J' ai aimé la facilité d' utilisation du logiciel, nul besoin d' utiliser le logiciel démo inclus avec l' application, mais c' est très utile pour ceux qui font du diag pour la première fois. Au sujet des diagnostics c' est parfait j' ai pu diagnostiquer ma panne d' injecteurs. L' effaçage des erreurs se fait sans aucun soucis. On a un aperçu en live des infos du véhicule de tous les organes , freins ABS , capteur vitesse , huile moteur, liquide de refroidissement, climatisation, autoradio , navigation etc.... On peut faire les opérations de calibrages de capteurs (ex: capteur volant direction) regénération de FAP et la liste est longue. Car l' AP200 n' a pas a rougir face aux valises professionnelles dont les prix dépassent les 1000€. J' ai aimé la création d' un bilan du véhicule sous forme d' un fichier PDF. De plus le vendeur est très réactif pour répondre aux questions posées avec professionnalisme. Ce produit AP200 n' est absolument pas comparables aux produits type LM327 ou autres chinois qui sont limités dans les informations de diagnostic. Attention tout de même avant d' engager l' AP200 dans la prise diagnostic vérifiez que l' emplacement est suffisant pour que vous puissiez passez vos doigts afin de le sortir de sa prise. Par exemple pour les peugeots 508 il sera préférable de se munir d' une petite rallonge qui se trouve facilement sur amazon , sinon vous aurez l' AP200 coincé de part la cavité tellement réduite qui reçoit le dongle.

Excellent quality and great app, easy to use , lots of functions and real time visibility into all aspect of your car. I use it daily to monitor my DPF levels and watch regens happen in realtime to ensure completion. Also you can subscribe to any other car , so also used occasionally in wife's car. You get to pick one brand of car for lifetime use, my was a jaguar.
