Dell Inspiron 5520
I have ordered the item (16-Dec-2020) just because of wanted to replace my existing defected battery (laptop was working fine with old battery and the stay time was only 5~10 min with old battery). I have installed(17-Dec-2020) the new battery and try to turn on the laptop but it was not turn ON, I thought there might be no initial charge in battery and I have plugged in the charger and turned ON. I have found that battery had 83% of initial charge and it was not reduced or increased over the time by 36H of use. Then I have called the item for return(18-Dec-2020) and waiting for pickup.

Very bad
24 hrs charge cannot charge the battery 100%. It just does not exceed 81%. And it discharges within 1.5hrs. Absolutely lousy quality and should not be purchased by anyone for any laptop. Poor poor quality. Time to return and ask for a refund.
