As an update to my review from January 2017, (see additional pictures) this pouch is fantastic. after nearly a year of daily, heavy use in a busy steel shop, this pouch has held up wonderfully. the stitching is still as sturdy as ever and nothing has ripped, bent, deformed, or broken. This is by far one of the best purchases I have made. This pouch truly lives up to its name and the quality of its workmanship and construction have yet to disappoint me. In the shop we constantly brush against abrasive edges, are covered in showers of sparks, crawl and lay on rusty and dirty steel and this pouch takes it all like a champ. My every day kit includes a small wire brush, a heavy Estwing chipping hammer, welders pliers, and a wide chisel. All this weight has not taken a toll on this product. the only damage its suffered is cosmetic- which is only to be expected in such an environment. Again, I HIGHLY recommend this holder for anyone in the construction or steel industry. I work as a welder and have gotten tired of having to either use a bucket to keep my essentials close by or having to try and carry all of the tools with me on the pieces I weld. Often times I set tools down on bigger pieces such as beams or girders and lose track of them-wasting valuable time tracking down my tools. This holster is made in USA and is of excellent quality. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. The leather construction is druable and resistant to sparks and other hazards present in the welding environment that other Holsters, especially synthetic or nylon ones will not stand up to. All my essentials- chipping hammer, MIG pliers, soapstone, wire brush, scraper, cleaning brush, small slag pick, and striker can be carried on this making it easy to keep everything right at my side when I need it.

The right combo of storage options in such a compact platform. Perfect for an Ironworker. You get what you paid for! Being someone that has hobby leather-crafted many years: the leather isn’t just some plastic texture ironed suede; it’s dense, good top grain, and rather thick! I pulled the plastic insert out because it really tapers down deep and I wanted a pair of ironworker pliers in that pocket, and they wouldn’t fully seat. A spud wrench fits and extends through nicely in the pocket with the attached beater loop, nicely. The wrench is a bit snug, but forced in, and left overnight stretches and forms the leather just fine.

This pouch is great. I work in industrial maintenance, and it holds enough for me to get small jobs done without having to walk over to my big toolbox, but not so much that it gets overfilled. Pockets are laid out well, but I do wish the skinny pocket was just a bit bigger, the only thing I can fit in it is a sharpie. I don’t use a hammer often, so I removed the loop to make it a little slimmer. Quality is great, I have no doubt I could use this until I retire.

Very solid hammer hanger. I do residential work and I find myself reaching for this in the morning over my normal bags. The only cons I have noticed are, the pencil slot is very tall. I don't care for full length pencils and will usually cut them down. For this reason I can't use a pencil long before it is too hard to pull from the slot. The other con is the included tool shield, it tapers and catches anything that isn't a knife/chisel. I like to carry a moulding bar in it but it catches the tool shield when I pull it out. For now I have taken it out. Otherwise you cannot go wrong with this hanger/tool bag. It will last.

This is perfect for my hammer, level, snips, bullpen, and pencil to be all in one place! Unfortunately I won't get to be the first one to scratch it but I'm not exactly hard up about it. I know a few people who use this exact one and have had it through years of wear and tear. So I know the reliability is not in question!

​The tool holster is good—real leather, nice finishes. It's a bit small, perfect for a medium-sized pair of pliers, a pencil, two screwdrivers, a utility knife, and the hammer. If you need to carry anything else, it's not recommended; more than one pair of pliers

I've been using this for scaffolding for two years and it's great for that job. It's not too bulky, and stays pretty tight to your body, so you can work in tight spaces and climb the scaffold easily. It holds scaffold tools well in combination with a doerksen pouch on the left side.

Iv had this for a year and used daily. Overall I'm really happy with the amount of diverse tools that can be placed in it. It sits really well on my tool belt and is a very compact design.
