Very effective!
The quality of this tea is amazing. Itโs very effective and helps me a lot using the toilet more regularly and with bloating. The taste is pretty good as well, Iโm someone who enjoys my tea natural no added sweetness but I imagine adding a little honey or sugar might be more preferable for others who may not like the natural taste. Highly recommended.
