It’s great I used to keep my vitamin D up when I started. It was at seven and now it’s at 65. They told me to take vitamin D 50,000 units but when I looked into a vitamin D 50,000 units it’s made out of machine oil and I thought that was disgusting so I reviewed vitamin D, and this one is made from the sheep’s lanolin so I like it better it’s very absorbent and I’ve been taking it for years
