Fish often feed around structures and this will help to find them. **Q: Can this be towed by a bait boat** A: Yes. I tow it from a kayak, so I see no reason why it couldn’t be towed from anything. Strong Bluetooth signal, so as long as your phone Is in range, it should be fine. Tow slowly for best results, for contour (and fish) mapping. **Q: Does it float or sink?** A: It floats and sends a signal back to your smart phone. Really ### ⭐⭐⭐ Compact unit *by J***K on 6 June 2023* It’s a Garmin however! range of blue tooth is questionable ( ie not practable for anything beyond 20 ft??). Contacted Garmin service in the Uk ; who basically said ‘ try another phone’ (have tried Samsung + I pad pro!) but nil-practical solutions ?? Come on Garmin!!
